Springpad is great tool to help you keep track of all your favorite artists and albums at home and on-the-go.

Save albums on the go
Use one of the Springpad mobile apps when you’re at the record store to help remember an album you’ve just discovered. Use the barcode scanner to save the album or just search for the album you want to save in Springpad.

Pro Tip: Once you save an album to Springpad, we’ll let you know when the price drops.

Save albums when you’re surfing the web
Use the Springpad Web Clipper or Chrome Extension to save albums to Springpad without leaving the site you’re on. Springpad will automatically add price comparisons and upcoming tour dates for that artist.

Pro Tip: Set a reminder for an album that you want to buy as a birthday or holiday gift.

Get News, Alerts and Price Drops on albums
After you save something to Springpad, we keep working on your behalf to find useful news & updates. For example, if you save an album Springpad will let you know when the band goes on tour, announces another album, or has a new music video available.
Pro Tip: Alerts are also available on your mobile device.

Make a database of music you already own
There’s no limit to how much you can save on Springpad, so why not keep track of all the music you own? If you’ve still got CDs and vinyl lying around try using the barcode scanner on the Springpad mobile app to quickly add them to your Springpad.
Pro Tip: Make your albums public so friends can check out what you’re interested in and spring some of your albums to their own profiles.

What about adding a Single song?
If i wanna put in list a song to download (eg on iTunes store) i must insert the whole album now, it will be glad to add a single song, what do say about it?

You guys should talk to Shazam & SoundHound music ID apps and ask them to put a link that would send the song info to spring pad.

  3. Dude says:

Hm, does it only work with US pages?
Because it does recognize music on Amazon.de when using the Chrome extension.

  4. Dude says:

I meant to say it “does not”

It would be great if I could also keep track of the artist itself, not only of the albums.

PD: And having Spanish stuff (not music, every kind of stuff, like restaurants, etc) would be double great! But I suspect Spanish version of Springpad is not coming for now…

+1 to the SoundHood integration on the iPhone.

    Discogs support would be cool:
So when I’m on a Discogs album page (say http://www.discogs.com/Darkstar-North/master/282550) and click on the Springpad Chrome extension, Springpad will automatically find album info (just like Amazon support).

    Would be awesome!

  8. Gina says:

    please add uk amazon support!
    loving the springpad

  9. Martin says:

Another vote for UK based searches if possible. Great that we can get information and links for notes we create but when they all link back to US related sites and companies it can be a little frustrating.

  10. +1 for adding a single song. I most often want to note an interesting song I’ve heard for the first time. I don’t have any idea if I like the rest of the album, and I might not care. What I certainly care about is easily recording this awesome song I just heard. Otherwise loving Springpad thus far!

Definitely would like to see amazon.co.uk supported

  13. Graham Yates says:

Yes a UK search option would be fantastic.

    Can we have it please?
