Springpad Reaches Two Million Users, 27 Million Saves and Growing Rapidly!
We’re thrilled to announce that over the last six months, we’ve doubled the Springpad user base in half the time it took us to get to one million users. We’ve also seen a 150% increase in the number of products, books, movies, music, recipes and notes saved to Springpad. Above all, we’re extremely grateful for the support of our passionate and loyal users who have helped to make Springpad the ultimate service to remember anything you come across when and where you need it most.
Our users have created more than five million notebooks to help them contextually organize everything from recipes and travel plans to movies they want to watch, books they want to read and products they want to buy. Our smart notebooks not only make it quick and easy for our users to save anything they want to remember, but also leverage our semantic data technology to help them take action when they’re ready.
Stay tuned as we’ve got some big announcements planned for later this Fall that will make it even easier to save, share and discover ideas and information from the people you trust.

Congratulations! You could have 4 Million users or much more, if you would have international versions and share your sucessfull business concept with other contries all over the world!!
FANTASTIC!! I’ve tried many other apps and this is the only one for me, you’ve made MANY great improvements but much more importantly, YOU LISTEN TO YOUR USERS AND YOU’RE ACCESSIBLE!!
Five million notebooks that still can’t be printed despite open requests over a year old, a long thread of agreement from users that it is needed, and promises from Katin that it would be implemented.
…minus one. While Springpad is excellent I had to uninstall. I am forced to use Evernote which allows taking readable photos from my Android phone. Kids school notes, scribbled handwritten notes and ideas etc… Springpad cant and wont in the forseeable future (I have been checking your blog) which is such a great pity because it offers so many other great features.
[...] being the geek, I decided to give it a try, and have never looked back. Recently surpassing the two million user mark, and reviewed by the likes of The Wall Street Journal, TIME, and Lifehacker, Springpad oozes [...]
skrael, I agree. While Springpad is great with the layout and the concept, the execution leaves much to be desired. Little things like zooming in and rotating photos might just be annoying, but syncing problems from the web application to my android phone has existed from Day 1. After repeated requests and installing the occasional update, this is STILL a problem for me. I will use Springpad again when it lifts its game.
