Want to move lots of unfiled notes to a notebook? Maybe you just want to put all your Movies into one notebook, or tag them all at once. Our bulk edit feature lets you do just that, and more!

How Bulk Edit Works: (Available on Springpad.com only)

• When viewing a list of items in a notebook or All My Stuff, click on Edit at the top of the screen (right under the Quick Add bar)
• Check the items you’d like to change, or use the checkbox drop down to choose All or None of the items
• Once you’ve made your selection make one of the following changes: Tag/Untag, Add to or Remove from Notebooks, Like/Unlike, or Delete
• Click the Done button to leave Bulk Edit mode

Some Great Uses of Bulk Edit:


• File “unfilled” items into the appropriate notebooks
• Add all items of a specific type to one of your notebooks, like recipes to a Meal Planner notebook or books to a Books to Read notebook
• Move items between notebooks: Select the items in one notebook, add them to the new one, then remove them from the old one
• 
Update Tags: Delete a tag by removing it from all items, or rename a tag by adding the new tag to the selected items then removing the old tag
